– A health services company in Khobar , KSA requires medical/approval doctors
Responsibilities:
– Evaluating claims with regards to eligibility
– Manage approval requests , beneficiaries companies and follow up monthly treatment for chronic patients
– Case management
– Follow up hospital cases
– Answer inbound (both land and hot lines) calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquires
Requirements
- Transferrbale visa is a must
- Experience in the same field is preferable
- Computer skills (MS office applications)
- Arabic/English language ( reading & writing )
