ONLY APPLY if you have direct, dedicated Procurement & Sourcing experience specifically in Electrical / Low Voltage (LV) / Low Current / MEP construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

Tendering & Evaluation: Prepare tender documentation to invite bids; obtain, evaluate, and conduct detailed techno-commercial analyses of proposals from electrical subcontractors and suppliers.

Contracts & Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, allocate work packages, and prepare/review/issue contracts and purchase orders (POs) with mutually agreed terms.

Sourcing & Engineering: Review project drawings, specs, and BOQs to manage sourcing for electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, cables, lighting fixtures, low current/ELV systems, fire alarm systems, and installation materials.

Material Tracking & Delivery: Coordinate and track approvals for electrical material submittals and shop drawings. Monitor supplier deliveries to ensure timely on-site supply.

Site & Progress Monitoring: Collaborate with the site team to monitor electrical subcontractor progress on-site.

Invoicing & Closure: Facilitate the processing of contractor invoices and payment certificates, complete final order reconciliations, and ensure timely closure of contracts and POs.

Project Controls & Software: Update and follow up on project status using Procore / Project Management Software.

Cost Control & Value Engineering: Track project costs against the approved budget and conduct studies on cost-saving and energy-efficient measures to achieve budget reductions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 07 to 15 years of dedicated procurement engineering experience in large-scale commercial, healthcare, or residential projects.

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel modeling (for cost analysis/price comparisons), ERP proficiency, Procore software, and strong familiarity with SBC, SASO, and local electrical standard regulations.

Language: Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a major advantage.
