Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Engineer to join our team in Jubail. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing manpower supply contracts and long-term projects directly from petrochemical, refinery, and industrial companies, as well as identifying opportunities for shutdown and turnaround projects.

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and secure manpower supply contracts, shutdown projects, and long-term service agreements.

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with petrochemical and industrial companies in Jubail and the Eastern Province.

– Prepare and submit commercial and technical proposals.

– Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and project needs.

– Negotiate contracts and ensure successful project mobilization.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).

– Minimum 5 years of experience working in a petrochemical, refinery, or major industrial company in Saudi Arabia.

– Proven experience in business development, manpower services, shutdowns, turnarounds, or industrial projects.

– Strong network and relationships within petrochemical companies in Jubail.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

– Valid Saudi driving license.
