Key Requirements

* Minimum 6–7 years of proven experience in Saudi Arabia is MUST NO compromise on this.

* Strong network with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.

* Proven ability to secure piling and foundation projects.

* Expert in estimation, BOQ preparation, costing, tendering, and proposal submission.

* Strong negotiation, business development, and client relationship skills.

* Capable of leading operations and project teams.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

* Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

* Fluent in English and fluency in Arabic is Compulsory.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business and secure piling contracts.

* Prepare estimates, quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.

* Build and maintain relationships with key clients and consultants.

* Identify upcoming projects and market opportunities.

* Negotiate contracts and achieve revenue targets.

* Ensure profitable and successful project delivery.
