Role Overview: We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven Sales Engineer / Executive to secure new structural steel fabrication and erection jobs across Riyadh. You will hunt for project opportunities, build relationships with main contractors, and convert leads into contract wins.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Actively source and secure structural steel fabrication and erection inquiries from main contractors and developers in Riyadh.

Client Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, project managers, and consultants.

Tendering Support: Coordinate with the estimation team to prepare and submit competitive technical and commercial proposals.

Contract Closing: Follow up on submitted quotations, negotiate terms, and secure final project awards.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the Saudi structural steel fabrication industry.

Network: Strong, active network of main contractors, consultants, and developers in Riyadh.

Technical Skill: Ability to read structural drawings and understand fabrication processes.

Language: Fluent in Arabic & English.

Transferable Iqama: Required (with a valid Saudi driving license).
