Team Leads / supervisor
Experience: 5 Years of experience required for Team Lead / supervisor
Qualification for Team Leads: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Team Leads / supervisor
Must have complete knowledge of various site conditions like MW links, WL, MM, 2T2R.
Must have full awareness of various site conditions like MW links, WL, MM. Should have full awareness of Smart QC EHS tasks. ISDP
Must have excellent communication skills with knowledge of all MWW and field activities
Must be well aware and hands-on experience on Microwave / Wireless on Site Configurations / Integration.
Must have knowledge of rectifier installation, alarms and battery bank installation.
Must be well aware and hands-on experience on Microwave / Wireless installation on outdoor / MW alignment / outdoor QC on Microwave / Wireless.
Must have thorough knowledge of installation of microwave links on site.
Expert in performing ISDP smart QC of WLS and MW (both) and surveying on tower.
Expert in surveying and installation on ISDP-
