Position: Sales & Marketing Executive – Manpower Services

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for our Manpower Supply Division.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in manpower supply sales and business development.

Proven track record of bringing new manpower contracts and generating business.

Strong marketing and client relationship management skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Age should be 45 years or below.

Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle.

Good knowledge of the Saudi market, especially industrial, construction, oil & gas, and contracting sectors.

Ability to meet sales targets and expand the company’s client base.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and secure new manpower supply contracts.

* Develop and maintain relationships with clients across Saudi Arabia.

* Conduct marketing activities and client visits.

* Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on business opportunities.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.

Location: DAMMAM
