Job Summary:

The Landscape Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating landscape construction activities at project sites. The role involves managing landscaping crews, ensuring work is completed according to drawings and specifications, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with site engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily landscape construction activities, including planting, irrigation, hardscape, turfing, and site preparation.

Assign tasks and monitor the performance of landscape workers and subcontractors.

Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.

Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company HSE policies.

Report daily progress, site issues, and resource requirements to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

Assist in site measurements, inspections, and project handover activities.

Ensure proper maintenance and operation of landscaping tools and equipment.

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent qualification.

3–5 years of experience in landscape construction projects.

Knowledge of softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance.

Ability to read construction drawings and landscape plans.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Familiarity with safety regulations and construction site procedures.
