About the Company

We1 Construction has been actively involved in equipment rental and material trading for the past 5 years. We are now expanding our operations by establishing a new Transmission Construction Division focused on OHTL (Overhead Transmission Line) projects across Saudi Arabia.

Initially, the company will focus on:

• OHTL Foundation Construction

• Access Road Construction

• Foundation Pad Creation Works

During the first 3 months, the selected candidate will be required to travel across different regions of Saudi Arabia to support the establishment of operations, gain familiarity with client requirements, construction policies, and working procedures.

Position: Site Supervisor – OHTL Foundation Works

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in OHTL foundation construction projects

• Candidates must be willing to transfer sponsorship (Iqama transfer is mandatory)

• Freelance work is not available

• Valid driving ability and confidence in driving independently

• Ability to work independently and manage site activities

Required Experience & Knowledge

• Access road works

• Foundation pad works

• Piling works

• Pile reinforcement works

• Stub setting and alignment

• Template setting/fixing works

• Open foundation works

• Excavation and backfilling

• Reinforcement and shuttering works

• Anchor bolt fixing

• Concreting and curing activities

• Earthing works

• Foundation leveling and finishing

• Tower foundation execution

• Reading foundation drawings and tower schedules

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities

• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials

• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity at site

• Maintain daily progress records

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives

• Execute works according to approved drawings and project schedules

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic English communication

• Knowledge of safety and EHS requirements

• Ability to manage workforce and site resources efficiently

Compensation Package

• Basic Salary: 2,500 SAR

• Food Allowance: 500 SAR

• Accommodation: Provided by the Company

• Company Vehicle: Provided (Candidate must be able to drive)
