Candidate only from Kerala
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
provide excellent customer support
maintain customer records and follow up as needed
resolve customer concerns professionally
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must be residing in Kerala
Good communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Customer service experience is an advantage
