Dear Candidate.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, networks, Wi-Fi, Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and general IT infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Experience in a school or educational environment will be highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT support tasks.
