We’re Hiring – Project Manager

A leading Construction & Contracting Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of experience in construction and contracting projects

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration

Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project management tools

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to handover

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Monitor project progress and prepare management reports

Manage project resources, risks, and stakeholder communications

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams
