We are seeking a highly organized and professional Admin Assistant to join our school team.

Requirements:

Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Strong knowledge and experience using the Noor System.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to manage administrative tasks, student records, and correspondence efficiently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience in a school environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative and clerical duties.

Maintain student and staff records through the Noor System.

Assist with admissions, registrations, and school documentation.

Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff in both Arabic and English.

Support school management with scheduling, reporting, and office operations.
