⏩ JOB TITLE: Plumbing Technician

⏩ LOCATION: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

⏩ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1 year (Independent on-site execution)

⏩ JOB TYPE: Full-time Contract Based

⏩ SALARY: 2200 + 300 Food Allowance

⏩ FACILITIES: Accommodation & Transport

⏩ IQAMA must be valid at least 6 months

⏩ RESPONSIBILITIES:

🔵 Piping Installation & Joining

1) Electrofusion and socket fusion welding of PPR pipes

2) Solvent cement jointing of uPVC and PVC pipes

3) Threading and mechanical jointing of GI pipes

4) Crimp jointing and routing of flexible PEX networks

Sanitary Ware Installation

5) Mounting concealed flushing cisterns behind walls

6) Fixing wall-hung and floor-mounted water closets

7) Aligning washbasins, vanity counters, and mixers

Installing shower trays, bathtubs, and glass enclosures

🔵 MEP Equipment Connection

1) Wall-mounting domestic electric water heaters

2) Interconnecting booster and transfer water pumps

3) Installing pressure vessels and pressure switches

4) Calibrating thermal mixing valves and float controls

🔵 Testing & Commissioning Support

1) Pressurizing supply lines using hydraulic hand pumps

2) Monitoring gauges for mandatory pressure hold times

3) Gravity and water-fill testing on drainage stacks

4) Smoke testing to detect vent line structural odors

🔵 Advanced Plumbing & Piping Installations

1) Cutting, grooving, and connecting black steel firefighting pipes

2) Mounting fire hose cabinets (FHC) and sprinkler heads

3) Setting up dual submersible grinder pumps in sewage lift pits

4) Bolting flanged valve trains (gate, check, and strainers) with gaskets

5) Applying pre-slit rubber insulation and canvas cladding to pipelines
