Job Summary

The Recruitment Officer/Admin Assistant is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified candidates. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in line with company policies and manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with department managers to determine current and future staffing needs.

– Draft and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.

– Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

– Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

– Manage the candidate selection and offer process.

– Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.

– Coordinate onboarding processes with relevant departments.

– Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.

– Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.

– Represent the company at job fairs or recruitment events.
