TMS Group is seeking energetic, professional, and customer-oriented Promoters to join our growing team for the promotion of premium imported Korean food products across supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail stores, and special promotional events throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and demonstrate imported Korean food products to customers and visitors.

Introduce product features, ingredients, preparation methods, and benefits in a professional manner.

Conduct product sampling and tasting activities where applicable.

Engage customers proactively and encourage product purchases.

Maintain excellent product knowledge to answer customer inquiries confidently.

Ensure attractive product displays and merchandising standards at promotional locations.

Coordinate with store management and TMS supervisors to maximize promotional effectiveness.

Monitor stock availability and report replenishment requirements.

Prepare daily sales and activity reports.

Represent TMS Group professionally at all times while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and in-store promotional events.

Assist in gathering customer feedback and market intelligence.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Promoter, Sales Representative, Merchandiser, or Customer Service Representative is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Presentable appearance and professional attitude.

Ability to work in supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail stores, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Basic English communication skills are required.

Knowledge and experience related to Korean and Japanese food and non-food products will be considered a strong advantage.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and promotional events when required.

Valid transferable Iqama (for local candidates in KSA) is preferred.
