We are looking for a responsible and experienced Foreman to supervise daily site operations and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate workers on-site
* Monitor daily progress and ensure tasks are completed on time
* Read and follow drawings, plans, and project instructions
* Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed
* Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site
* Report site progress, issues, and manpower updates to management
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other teams
* Solve on-site problems and maintain smooth workflow
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to read technical drawings and plans
* Knowledge of construction/site safety procedures
* Good problem-solving and organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred
* Experience in construction, fit-out, fabrication, or event production
* Valid driving license is a plus
