Farm Worker – Small Integrated Farm (As Sail al Kabir)

About Us:

We are building a growing land enterprise focused on regenerative agriculture, tree planting, poultry, irrigation, and premium local food production. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys outdoor work and wants to help establish a productive farm from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Irrigation operation and monitoring

• Tree planting and tree care

• Daily chicken care and coop cleaning

• Nursery work and seedling production

• General farm maintenance and cleaning

• Compost pile maintenance

• Basic use and maintenance of tools and equipment

• Reporting issues and helping improve systems

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization

Preferred Experience:

• Agriculture, landscaping, nursery, irrigation, or poultry experience preferred

• Comfortable working outdoors in hot conditions

• Able to follow instructions and work independently

• Observant, reliable, and willing to learn

• Experience with hand tools and basic maintenance is a plus
