Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in sales and client handling, and knowledge of Bahrain labor law and government-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers

Conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction

Assist with documentation and government-related processes when required

Maintain updated knowledge of company services and market trends

Requirements

Locally available in Bahrain

Immediate joiner preferred

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development

Knowledge of Bahrain labor law and government processes is an advantage

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong customer service and relationship management skills

Proficient in MS Office applications

Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage
