Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of AC technicians and junior staff. Assign daily tasks and conduct regular performance evaluations.

• Workshop Operations: Manage daily workflow, open/close job cards, and prioritize urgent repair requests.

• Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize unexpected downtime.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect in-progress and completed repair work to ensure it meets technical specifications and high-quality standards.

• Inventory & Procurement: Monitor stock levels of refrigerants, tools, and replacement parts. Order necessary supplies and manage workshop equipment efficiently.

Essential Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a closely related field).

• Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in HVAC, refrigeration maintenance, and repair, often requiring prior supervisory or senior technician experience.

• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of various AC systems (Chillers, Split Units, VRF/VRV systems), along with strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.

• Soft Skills: Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills to deal with both internal technicians and clients

• Valid Bahrain Driving License.

• Knowledge in computer

• Good Communication skills.
