We are seeking an experienced and certified Freelance Hydraulic Torquing Crew (2-man crew) for a short-term project at Yanbu Port.

Project Scope:

Task: Assembly of lifting lugs and torque tightening of 280 pcs M42 bolts (Grade 10.9 DIN 931) for 7 Gas Turbine units.

Duration: Maximum 3 days.

Timeline: Between June 1st and June 15th, 2026 (exact dates depend on vessel arrival).

Location: Yanbu Port, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

Crew must have valid ECITB / API or equivalent industrial bolting certifications.

Crew must provide their own calibrated Hydraulic Torque Wrench suitable for M42 bolts (65mm A/F socket, approx. 3259 Nm torque capacity).

Valid Calibration and Certification documents for the equipment must be submitted prior to mobilization.

Final Torquing Report must be generated upon job completion.

Crew must have valid Iqama/IDs eligible for Port Gate Pass issuance.

Note: Forklift (3 Ton) and small generator can be provided by us if requested, or included in your lump-sum offer.
