We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Bahrain.

Requirements:

Must have previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager

Experience in Bahrain’s restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage service crew and daily operations

Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude

Flexible with working hours, shifts, weekends, and holidays

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide the service crew during daily operations

Ensure excellent customer service and smooth restaurant workflow

Handle customer complaints professionally and find quick solutions

Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance

Train, motivate, and support team members

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality and speed

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed

Assist with inventory, stock control, and ordering when needed

Support management with sales targets, reports, and daily closing procedures

Make sure company policies and restaurant standards are followed at all times
