Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Bahrain labor law, HR operations, and government-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily HR and administrative operations

Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination

Process attendance, leave management, and employee files

Coordinate with government portals and processes such as LMRA, GOSI, and visa-related documentation

Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor law and company policies

Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information

Support employee relations and internal HR activities

Requirements

Locally available in Bahrain

Immediate joiner preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Knowledge of Bahrain labor law and government procedures

Good communication and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Previous HR experience is an advantage
