We are hiring an experienced CNC operator for our company in Bahrain specializing in interior fit-out, joinery, and events & exhibition fabrication works.

Requirements:

– Hands-on experience operating 3-Axis, 4-Axis, 5-Axis & 6-Axis CNC Router Machines

– Ability to independently prepare G-Code, load files via USB/network and execute cutting works accurately

– Strong knowledge of router bits, tool changing, cutting depth, feeds & speeds, vacuum bed operation and clamping methods

– Experience in machine setup, calibration, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting

– Ability to optimize sheet nesting and material usage to minimize wastage

– Knowledge of AutoCAD, ArtCAM, Aspire, AlphaCAM, VCarve, Fusion 360, or similar CNC software

– Ability to read technical drawings and perform quality checks with dimensional accuracy

– Experience handling MDF, plywood, acrylic, solid surface and other joinery/interior materials

– Ability to handle curved, custom and complex fabrication works for events, exhibitions and interior fit-out projects

– Ability to work independently under production deadlines while following machine safety standards

– Experience in joinery, woodwork or Middle East projects is an advantage

Salary: BHD 200 – BHD 250 (Based on experience)
