Position Overview

On Target Technical Co. Ltd. (OTC) is seeking qualified and highly skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing) Maintenance Technicians to join our building services division. The successful candidates will handle day-to-day routine inspections, preventive system testing, and emergency corrective repairs across electrical infrastructure, plumbing networks, and facility drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Electrical Maintenance: Routinely inspect, troubleshoot, test, and repair facility electrical systems, electrical panels, lighting fixtures, and power sockets.

Plumbing & Piping Networks: Conduct checks, maintain, and repair comprehensive plumbing systems, water networks, and utility supply lines.

Drainage & Lifting Stations: Monitor and service underground drainage channels, clear blocked floor drains, and manage the technical upkeep of facility lifting stations.

Routine & Preventive Operations: Execute scheduled visual/functional testing and routine system maintenance strictly adhering to manufacturer and OEM guidelines.

Emergency Critical Response: Respond to urgent facility system breakdown notices within a 2-hour service window to rectify malfunctions or safety issues (such as major leaks, critical panel faults, or lifting station failure).

Reporting & Logs: Document and log routine preventive maintenance checklists, provide clear inspection summaries with supporting photos, and fill out technical repair completion reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Technical Background: Requisite certifications, technical training, or vocational diplomas in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing engineering/trades.

Experience: Proven hands-on track record as an MEP or Multi-Skilled Technician within continuous-operation industrial plants or large commercial complexes.

Equipment Proficiency: Mastery in utilizing essential hand tools, standard multi-meters, system pressure/continuity testing devices, and general maintenance instrumentation.

Safety Adherence: Total commitment to industrial site rules, work-permit protocols, and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Site Conditions & Benefits

A dedicated, fully equipped and air-conditioned site office is provided for administration and operational coordination.

All standard industrial Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided completely by OTC.

Off-site accommodation facilities are fully managed outside of the immediate client premises.
