A leading construction company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Electromechanical Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying

Minimum 10 years of experience in Electromechanical / MEP Quantity Surveying

Strong knowledge of:

*BOQ preparation and cost estimation

*Tendering and procurement processes

*Variations, claims, and contract administration

*MEP systems and construction standards

*FIDIC contracts and commercial management

*Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects

*Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software tools

Responsibilities:

*Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for electromechanical works

*Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings

*Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports

*Monitor project costs, variations, and payment certifications

*Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams

*Ensure commercial compliance throughout project execution
