Job Responsibilities

Barista

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes

• Ensure consistent taste, quality, temperature, and presentation of all drinks

• Prepare daily ingredients including coffee, tea, syrups, toppings, and materials

• Operate coffee and beverage equipment properly

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, counter, tools, and working area

• Greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and provide friendly customer service

Kitchen Helper

• Assist with bakery and cake preparation in the kitchen

• Help clean and organize the kitchen after daily operations

• Support the chef with daily baking and preparation tasks

• Receive training to become a baker and cake maker

• Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and other duties assigned by the supervisor

Cleaner

• Clean and maintain overall store cleanliness and hygiene

• Clear and clean customer tables after dining

• Collect and organize used plates, cups, and utensils

• Sweep and mop floors regularly

• Clean carpets and maintain dining area cleanliness

• Assist in keeping the store neat, organized, and presentable at all times

General Requirements

• Passionate about coffee, bakery, and customer service

• Previous experience is preferred but not required

• Training will be provided for motivated beginners

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Neat appearance with good communication skills

• Responsible, reliable, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Working Hours & Benefits

• Working Hours: 10 hours per day (flexible shifts)

Salary:

• Barista / Kitchen Helper: Starting from SAR 2000

• Cleaner: Starting from SAR 1600

• Salary negotiable based on experience
