We are looking to hire an experienced Car Body Polishing & Nano Coating Technician to join our automotive detailing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional car body polishing for all vehicle types.

Carry out different types of polishing, including compound polishing, finishing polishing, gloss enhancement, and paint correction.

Apply nano ceramic coating and paint protection products according to approved procedures.

Perform water-based polishing and other advanced detailing techniques.

Inspect vehicle paint condition and identify scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, and surface defects.

Prepare vehicle surfaces before polishing or nano coating application.

Use polishing machines, pads, compounds, microfiber towels, and detailing tools properly.

Ensure high-quality finishing, shine, and protection after each service.

Maintain cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment.

Handle customer vehicles with care and follow company quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in car body polishing and automotive detailing.

Experience in nano ceramic coating application.

Knowledge of different polishing methods and paint correction techniques.

Ability to use rotary and dual-action polishing machines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work on luxury, sports, and standard vehicles.

Good time management and ability to work under pressure.

Previous experience in car care centers is preferred.
