Position summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical performance marketer to manage the digital acquisition funnel for our travel agency. You will be responsible for maximizing direct bookings, generating high-quality B2B/B2C leads, and optimizing our digital return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop data-driven paid search and paid social strategies to increase hotel, flight, and tour package bookings.

Implement rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and target audiences.

Collaborate with travel agents to align digital promotions with airline deals and hotel partnerships.

Analyze market trends to capitalize on rising travel destinations favored by Saudi residents.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or Business.

3+ years of experience with heavy hands-on management of Google PPC and Meta/Snapchat advertising.

Deep analytical skills using GA4 to track multi-channel attribution and user booking paths.

Full professional fluency in Arabic and English.
