We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with the capability to handle an acting Project Manager role for construction-related projects in Saudi Arabia.

The candidate must have strong experience in site coordination, project execution, subcontractor management, reporting, and handling day-to-day project activities independently. The role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 5 years of construction project experience within Saudi Arabia, and don’t send CV if your experience is above 6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and manage day-to-day project execution activities across multiple construction sites

Act as the focal point for project coordination between client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, material status, and site progress

Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements

Prepare project reports, progress updates, meeting minutes, and documentation

Coordinate procurement, material delivery, and subcontractor activities

Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and support resolution activities

Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures at all project sites

Support project planning, tracking, invoicing coordination, and project closeout activities

Handle client communication and support management reporting requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or a related Engineering field

Minimum 5 years of construction project experience in Saudi Arabia

Experience handling site execution and project coordination responsibilities independently

Ability to perform acting Project Manager responsibilities when required

Strong understanding of construction site operations and project management processes

Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities under project timelines

Valid Saudi driving license preferred

Transferable Iqama preferred
