We are seeking a BIM Architect / Architectural Engineer to join our design and BIM coordination team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing BIM models (LOD 300–400), creating parametric/custom families, supporting shop drawings, and performing coordination and clash detection with other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and upgrade BIM models from LOD 300 to LOD 400 based on project requirements.

Create parametric and customized families (Families/Types) for architectural elements (e.g., doors, facade components, architectural fit-out elements, blockwork accessories, stone cladding support elements).

Model architectural elements with required detail and accuracy, including finishes and fixation/accessories where applicable.

Produce Shop Drawings for architectural scope (doors, façades elements, finishes, etc.).

Coordinate with other disciplines (Architecture / Structure / MEP) and manage design integration.

Use Navisworks for Clash Detection, issue tracking, and reporting.

Use BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) workflows to track and document issues and requirements (if available in the process).

Fill and manage LOI parameters/asset parameters where required.

Support design coordination from concept stages up to submission stages when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering / Architecture.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Architect or Architectural Engineer (BIM-focused role preferred).

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture + families + modeling + coordination).

Strong experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination workflow.

Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650 or equivalent working knowledge).

Strong understanding of LOD concepts and the ability to deliver accurate BIM documentation.

Ability to prepare and support Shop Drawings with strong attention to detail.

Advanced AutoCAD skills (preferred).

Experience with BIM 360 / ACC is a plus.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to follow issues through to resolution.
