We are looking for a **skilled and experienced Chef** who specializes in **Lebanese & Middle Eastern cuisine**.

– Must have experience in preparing **Lebanese bread (Khubz/Pita)**
– Expertise in making **Falafel**
– Knowledge of fresh **salads** (Fattoush, Tabbouleh, etc.)
– Ability to prepare **Middle Eastern appetizers** (Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, etc.)
– Experience working in a **restaurant or commercial kitchen**
– Maintain **hygiene and food safety standards**
