We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly building watchman who will also support rent follow-up and maintenance coordination. This is a key role that ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the building, tenant satisfaction, and timely rent collection.
Key responsibilities:
Follow up on monthly rent collection as per office instructions and maintain a basic payment follow-up record.
Report any delays or non-payment of rent to the Office or property manager promptly.
Receive and coordinate maintenance requests from tenants (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cleaning).
Conduct regular building rounds to ensure cleanliness, security, and functioning of common area lights, fans, and gates.
Communicate with tenants in both English and Hindi regarding notices, maintenance schedules, or general queries.
