Job Vacancy Announcement
RDC Company, specializing in Construction, Fire Fighting Systems, General Trading & Supply, is looking to hire a:
Business Development Manager
Location: Ghala – Muscat
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction or fire safety systems industry.
– Develop and implement effective business growth strategies.
– Identify and secure new projects, clients, and business opportunities.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, and private sector partners.
– Follow up on tenders and analyze market opportunities.
– Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
