Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for employees, residents, and visitors by implementing health, safety, and environmental policies. The HSE Engineer monitors compliance, conducts inspections, and ensures all safety procedures are followed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular safety inspections across all facilities and identify potential hazards.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.

Develop and implement preventive and corrective actions.

Monitor maintenance activities to ensure work is carried out safely.

Coordinate seamlessly with different departments (Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security).

Ensure all work permits are issued and followed properly (Hot work, confined space, etc.).

Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for staff.

Ensure the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all personnel.

Monitor fire safety systems and maintain emergency preparedness plans.

Maintain accurate safety records and update reports on the system.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred).

Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH / OSHA).

Good command of the English language & Arabic

Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office and relevant safety management systems).

Previous experience in facilities, hospitals, or compounds is highly preferred.

Strong observation, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication, teamwork, and strong leadership capabilities.

Mandatory Requirements

Location: Must be currently based in Riyadh.

Residency: Must hold a Valid and Transferable Iqama.

Basic Salary: 2,000 – 2,500 SAR
