Prepare and cook healthy meals according to set recipes and portion standards. Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet brand standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and strictly follow food safety regulations. Assist in meal preparation, stock control, and daily kitchen operations.
Professionally work with and manage kitchen staff, demonstrating strong leadership, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Maintain good behavior and professional conduct at all times. Applicants must provide a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Police Clearance) from the relevant authority. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Bahrain is required.
