About the Role:

We are a leading Engine Oil and Lubricants distribution company seeking an experienced, highly analytical, and leadership-driven Senior Accounts Manager. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight: Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, ledger maintenance, and cash flow management.

Inventory & Cost Accounting: Oversee import/logistic costing, inventory valuation, and reconciliation specific to the distribution industry.

Receivables & Payables: Monitor credit control, client aging reports, and ensure timely collections from dealers/retailers.

Compliance & Tax: Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, VAT filings, and corporate financial regulations.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and profit-margin analyses for the management.

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide the junior accounts team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (MBA, M.COM, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA Inter) are highly preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounting

Skills:

Advanced knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or industry-specific ERPs).

Excellent command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling).

Strong understanding of import costing and inventory management.
