Are you an experienced logistics professional ready to lead operations and drive performance? We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Hub Leader to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete operations and leadership process for the assigned station

Lead and supervise FM/MM/LM divisions with strong organizational management skills

Plan and implement operational enhancement initiatives and report progress to the Line Manager

Forecast capacity requirements and identify operational gaps to ensure smooth workflow

Handle escalations efficiently and resolve operational issues within short timelines

Manage manpower effectively to maximize productivity

Ensure proper safeguarding and accountability of company assets

Maintain operational excellence and process compliance across all activities

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Sound knowledge of LM or SCS logistics operations

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Inventory/Logistics in a similar role

✔ Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Arabic, or other languages

✔ Good typing speed and strong Excel knowledge

✔ Diploma or higher educational qualification
