We are looking for qualified candidates for the position of Permit to Work Coordinator

(PTW)

Duties:

To Coordinate and control Permit To Work (PTW) activity by enforcing PTW procedures, HSE standards, safe isolation practices, ensuring all works is executed with out risk to personnel or plant.

In depth knowledge of Permit to Work system, isolation practices, and lock-out and tag-out (LOTO)

Coordinate and administer the Permit to work (PTW) system to ensure all authorised work activities are carried out in compliance with company PTW procedures and HSE standard.

Review, verify and issue Permit such as Hot Work, Cold Work, Confined Space Entry ,electrical isolation, excavation, working at Height ,and other specialised Permit as required.

Ensure proper isolation, lock out and tag out (LOTO) gas testing and equipment status verification before Permit issuance and during job execution.

Communicate closely with CCR ,shift Supervisor ,field operators, maintenance and Contractors to Coordinate job execution and avoid conflict with plant operations.

Certified PTW who meet the qualification may submit their update CV along certificate as PTW email subject PTW Coordinator.
