### *Key Responsibilities*

* Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and air conditioning systems.

* Perform preventive maintenance on cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.

* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems and perform necessary repairs.

* Monitor system performance and ensure efficient operation of all HVAC equipment.

* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.

* Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment inspections.

* Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards and maintenance procedures.

* Coordinate with the maintenance team to support hospital operations.

### *Requirements*

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an AC Technician in hospitals or commercial facilities.

* Diploma or technical certification in HVAC, Air Conditioning, or a related field.

* Good knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical controls.

* Ability to troubleshoot and repair different types of AC systems.
