Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Manager to lead and manage large-scale manpower operations for ELV & MEP construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in workforce planning, manpower deployment, and labor management, with the capability to manage 4,000–6,000 employees across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee workforce operations for ELV & MEP construction projects.

Plan and allocate manpower based on project schedules and operational requirements.

Manage and coordinate 4,000–6,000 employees across multiple sites and projects.

Monitor workforce productivity, attendance, and performance.

Coordinate with project managers, HR, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure manpower availability.

Handle workforce mobilization, demobilization, transportation, and accommodation coordination.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

Maintain workforce records, manpower reports, and operational documentation.

Resolve workforce-related challenges and ensure smooth site operations.

Develop strategies to improve workforce efficiency and cost control.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in workforce or manpower management within ELV, MEP, or construction projects.

Proven experience managing 4,000–6,000 employees in large-scale construction environments.

Strong leadership, manpower planning, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Strong knowledge of labor management, site operations, and workforce compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce reporting systems.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
