1. Vehicle Mechanic ( Salary Range – 2500-3500 Total Package + Overtime )
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) services as per OEM and company schedules
• Diagnose mechanical faults using tools and visual inspection techniques
• Carry out corrective repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems
• Attend vehicle breakdowns both in workshop and on-site locations
• Ensure proper completion of job cards and service documentation
• Use workshop tools, lifting equipment, and diagnostic devices safely
• Follow standard repair procedures to ensure quality and consistency
• Identify recurring faults and report to supervisors for root cause analysis
• Support refurbishment activities for major components
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area (5S standards)
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, especially for LPG vehicles
• Assist senior technicians and team leaders in complex repairs
• Minimize rework by ensuring first-time-right repairs
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop
• Will have to be working on different shifts and days

• Coordinate with planning and operations teams for data alignment
• Support management presentations with accurate analytics
