We are looking for an experienced and energetic Chaat & Desi Snacks Maker to prepare high-quality Pakistani and Indian street food items while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and excellent presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
– Prepare fresh desi snacks and chaat items including:
– Gol Gappay / Pani Puri
– Dahi Bhallay
– Papri Chaat
– Samosa Chaat
– Aloo Chaat
– Fruit Chaat
– Chana Chaat
– Chicken Chaat
– Tikka Chaat
– Bhel Puri
– Sev Puri
– Bun Kabab
– Club Sandwiches
– Loaded Fries
– Shawarma-style snacks
– Paratha Roll fillings and snacks
– Prepare chutneys, sauces, fillings, toppings, and yogurt mixes fresh daily.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
– Ability to prepare:
– Fresh juices
– Milkshakes
– Falooda
– Mojitos
– Smoothies
– Summer drinks and mocktails
– Experience in beverage presentation and garnishing will be considered a plus.
