Job Opportunity (Construction): Mechanical Engineer

Our construction firm is urgently hiring for the following positions based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

1. MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

– Review and ensure compliance of mechanical designs with project requirements, codes and standards.

– Oversee site installation, commissioning and testing for mechanical systems.

– Conduct inspection, resolve non-conformance issues, and maintain detailed records of progress and testing results.

– Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, local regulations, and projects specification.

– Working on multiple projects at the same time.

– Innovate and consider creative solutions to optimize manpower, reduce costs, and save time.

– Review Mechanical design drawings and ensure their compatibility across various design disciplines (Civil, Arch, MEP).

– Oversee and deliver fit-out projects from initiation to completion.

– Assist in preparing variation orders and projects reports.

– Biddings pricing.

Qualifications:

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

– Experience: at least 5 years of experience in the construction field (HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems), KSA experience preferred.

– Software Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office Applications.
