Business Development Manager – Terminal Handling & Logistics

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of the Saudi logistics market to develop new business opportunities for our terminal handling, transportation, and logistics operations.

Job Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities in terminal handling, logistics, transportation, and warehousing

Develop relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, importers, exporters, and industrial companies

Bring handling contracts and logistics customers

Visit ports, logistics companies, and industrial areas to secure business

Prepare quotations and negotiate service contracts

Coordinate with operations team for smooth service execution

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

Monitor Saudi logistics market trends and customer requirements

Build long-term client relationships

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in Saudi logistics, freight forwarding, terminal handling, or transportation industry

Strong market connections in Saudi Arabia

Proven ability to bring business and handling contracts

Knowledge of port operations and logistics services

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Arabic and English speaking preferred

Valid Saudi driving license preferred
