A Facility Management Supervisor – Janitorial & Cleaning is responsible for supervising cleaning operations, housekeeping staff, hygiene standards, and overall cleanliness within company facilities, offices, camps, commercial buildings, or industrial sites.

Job Summary
The Facility Management Supervisor is responsible for managing daily janitorial and cleaning activities, supervising cleaning staff, ensuring hygiene and safety standards, coordinating cleaning schedules, and maintaining facility cleanliness in line with company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily cleaning and housekeeping operations
• Monitor janitors, cleaners, and housekeeping staff performance
• Prepare cleaning schedules and duty assignments
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections of offices, washrooms, common areas, and facilities
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
• Coordinate waste disposal and pest control activities
• Manage inventory of cleaning materials and consumables
• Train staff on cleaning procedures and safety practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE regulations
• Prepare attendance, reports, and manpower records
• Coordinate with clients, facility teams, and management regarding cleaning requirements
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility management, housekeeping, or janitorial supervision
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage manpower and work schedules
• Familiarity with HSE standards and facility operations
