Role overview

We are looking for a results-driven Facility Management Supervisor to oversee integrated soft services operations — including janitorial services and lugger bucket waste management — at our project site in Jafoora, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality FM services, managing a diverse field workforce, and ensuring full compliance with client standards and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

Service delivery & operations

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of integrated FM soft services including janitorial operations and lugger bucket waste collection across all designated areas in Jafoora.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work assignments to ensure full site coverage, service continuity, and on-time task completion.

Supervise the proper operation, utilization, and maintenance of lugger bucket systems, ensuring safe and compliant waste handling and disposal.

Monitor service delivery against KPIs and SLAs defined in the FM contract, taking corrective action when performance gaps are identified.

Education & experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.

Demonstrated experience managing people in industrial or commercial environments in KSA.

Prior exposure to FM contracts, SLAs, and KPI-driven service delivery is strongly preferred.

A valid Saudi driving license is required.
