Core Duties and Responsibilities :

Planning and Design: Analyze surveys, reports, and maps to plan projects; use modeling software to develop infrastructure designs.

Project Analysis & Feasibility: Assess building sites for environmental hazards and soil suitability. Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.

Regulatory Compliance: Submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring compliance with zoning laws and safety regulations.Construction Management & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction, ensuring work adheres to blueprints and quality standards.Project Logistics: Manage project schedules, ensure timely delivery of materials, and coordinate with contractors, architects, and subcontractors.Maintenance & Safety: Manage maintenance and repair of existing infrastructure. Identify, resolve technical issues, and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) on-site.
