Hiring for an Aramco-approved contractor

We are urgently hiring Aramco-experienced Work Permit Receivers (WPRs) for ongoing Saudi Aramco projects in KSA.

Job Description

The Work Permit Receiver is responsible for receiving, verifying, and closing work permits at Saudi Aramco sites. You will be the key link between operations, safety, and contractors to ensure all activities comply with Aramco GI 2.100, GI 6.012, and loss prevention standards.

Key Duties:

Receive & review all types of Aramco work permits: Hot Work, Cold Work, Confined Space, Electrical Isolation, LOTO, Excavation Conduct site verification with the issuer to ensure hazard controls, gas tests, and isolations are in place before work starts. Monitor ongoing jobs for compliance, conduct audits, and stop unsafe work immediately. Close permits after verifying the site is safe, clean, and restored. Coordinate with the permit issuer, area authority, and contractors during T&I, shutdowns, and routine maintenance. Maintain the permit log and attend daily permit coordination meetings. Ensure 100% compliance with Aramco Safety Handbook and project HSE plan

Requirements – Mandatory Aramco-approved WPR card, valid and verifiable. Applications without this will not be considered. 3+ years’ experience as WPR on Saudi Aramco projects:

Strong knowledge of Aramco GIs: 2.100 Work Permit System, 6.012 Isolation LOTO, 6.030 Confined Space

Fluent English + basic Arabic preferred.

Must read/write permits and JSA valid

Saudi Iqama with transferable status.

Overseas candidates with Aramco experience also welcome

Certifications: H2S, SCBA, Confined Space, Gas Tester

Can work 6 days/week, 10-12 hr shifts, including shutdowns and nights

Preferred Experience with SAP, eWPS, or Aramco Digital Permits Previously worked for SAIPEM, McDermott, L&T, NESMA, Al-Yamamah, Sendan
