QC Supervisor HVAC -1 No’s

Role & Responsibility :

– Supervision of Quality Control for HVAC activity.

– Managing for Inspection of HVAC activity.

– Handling inspection activities with client.

– Preparation and Reviewing ITP, MS & Project Specification of HVAC Work.

– Preparation of QC documents & Auditing records.

– Maintaining all product and Inspection instrument calibration or expiry dates etc.

– Maintaining Daily Record for all kind of inspection and reporting to Quality Manager.

– Reviewing MC dossier and submitting to client for final review and approval.

– Getting done all Quality document handover done from subcontractor.

Requirement & Qualification

Education

– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 7 years of inspection experience

– High School Diploma with 10 years of inspection experience

Professional Expertise / Skills

– Direct HVAC work experience with strong knowledge of industry codes and standards, including:

– SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association)

– Uniform Mechanical Code

– ASME 31.9

– NFPA 90A

– ASHRAE Handbooks

– Equivalent international standards

– Strong understanding of engineering drawings, material specifications, construction methods, and QC inspection/testing procedures.

– Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements.

– Ability to perform document reviews, inspections, and testing activities with minimal supervision to ensure contractor compliance with project specifications.

Experience Requirements

– Minimum 7 years (degree holders) or 10 years (high school diploma) in inspection.

– At least 3 years of direct supervision experience in construction activities related to:

– Oil & Gas

– Petrochemical Projects

– Infrastructure

– Communication Systems

– Other industrial project scopes

Language Skills

– Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
